JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Based onsite at our brand new, luxury build to rent apartments in Melbourne and working as part of a close knit team, the Leasing Associate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering leasing and marketing activities to support leasing objectives, delivering a vibrant, safe and welcoming community for our residents.

This is a full time, permanent role that works on a rotating roster in order to provide service to our residents. As such, rostered days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday 10.30am – 6.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am – 6pm, with days off on Wednesday and Thursday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be a Brand Ambassador – Uphold company values, deliver exceptional service, and represent the brand with professionalism.
  • Drive Leasing Success – Manage enquiries, schedule tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and oversee move-ins/move-outs.
  • Execute Marketing Strategies – Implement campaigns across digital and print channels, maintain SEO and social media, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Utilise Property Management Software – Track leads, update listings, generate reports, and maintain accurate resident data.
  • Enhance Resident Experience – Address enquiries, resolve concerns, and foster strong community engagement to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure Property Standards – Inspect apartments, coordinate with maintenance, and uphold presentation and compliance standards.
  • Engage with Market Trends – Stay informed on competitor activity and industry developments to optimise leasing performance.
  • Community Support – Promote resident satisfaction and retention by engaging and supporting residents queries and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Support Business Operations – manage lease renewals, reporting, events, and regulatory compliance.

To be successful in this role, you should have skills including:

  • Education/Experience – Background in sales, marketing, digital marketing, real estate, hospitality, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong Communication – Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to explain property features and complete lease documents.
  • Sales & Operations – Proven success in driving sales, achieving targets, and managing operations within the property sector; experience with leasing desirable
  • Team Player & Self-Starter – Works well in a team and independently, taking ownership of tasks.
  • Customer Focused – Builds relationships, understands customer needs, and drives sales performance.
  • Compliance & Licensing – Must hold a valid driver’s license, and have the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
