Greystar is focused on bringing our proven vertically integrated acquisition, development, and operating platform to markets across South America. With current presence in Chile and Brazil, Greystar aligns local market expertise with the power of a global investment platform.
Currently, Greystar manages more than $769 million in assets in South America.
ASIA-PACIFIC
Greystar’s Asia-Pacific business aligns local market expertise with the power of a vertically integrated global platform.
With presence in Australia, Singapore, Japan and China, Greystar Asia-Pacific is raising institutional capital to acquire, develop, reposition, and manage rental housing assets across the region.
Currently, Greystar manages more than $2.3 billion in assets in Asia-Pacific.
