DEI Groups at Greystar
Women's Inclusion Network (WIN):
Our mission is to intentionally foster a more inclusive environment to enhance underrepresented team members' experiences and sense of belonging. WIN Programs are offered globally to corporate employees and include the following:
Thrive Mentorship: A virtual mentee-driven, 1:1 mentoring program that pairs team members of diverse backgrounds with mentors across the business to encourage and support career development and success at Greystar.
Connecting Circles: A networking program that consists of small groups across all Greystar business lines. The Circles build connections, bolster communication, and share how to successfully navigate the real estate industry from a professional and personal perspective.
Viva Engage Veterans Group:
Greystar Veterans and Supporters Group through Viva Engage is currently made up of over 200 team members and is growing every day. The group is a place for those who have served, are serving, or those who wish to show support for those who do serve. Team members can also find and share resources on ways to thank a veteran. Greystar actively partners with RecruitMilitary to attract and hire talented veterans for our organization.
DEI Champion Circle:
The members of the DEI Champion Circle play a crucial role in our organization by sharing their perspectives on our culture, inclusion, and engagement strategy and initiatives. They also actively participate in cultural heritage celebrations throughout each year. Their efforts help increase awareness and encourage broader participation, contributing significantly to Greystar's inclusive culture efforts.
RISE:
Greystar's RISE program uses peer-to-peer mentoring to support our property management on-site team members in taking their careers to the next level. RISE pairs newly hired on-site team members with experienced on-site team members in the same role to enhance onboarding.

Project Destined
Greystar partners with Project Destined to give students the opportunity to gain real-world knowledge in real estate fundamentals. The annual Greystar Development Cup engages students in a case study competition where they present to senior leadership and winners take home a cash prize. Greystar has hired 12 full-time team members and 27 interns over the last 3 years from Project Destined.

Greystar’s CEO and Founder, Bob Faith, is proudly one of more than 2,500 CEOs who have pledged to create a more inclusive culture. The coalition provides a variety of resources, events, and thought-leadership opportunities to support business leaders and is now the largest business-led initiative to advance DEI in the workplace.
