- Liderar as equipes de atendimento ao cliente e manutenção.
- Preparação de relatórios financeiros para nossos investidores.
- Gestão de equipes, levando a promover a criação do melhor local para trabalhar.
- Elaboração e gestão de orçamentos.
- Gestão proativa dos índices de satisfação dos clientes: análise de informações, criação de planos, monitoramento.
- Planejamento de atividades para a comunidade.
- Gestão holística da manutenção predial.
- Revisa, analisa e interpreta dados de mercado para identificar tendências emergentes que podem impactar o desempenho da propriedade.
Para nós, a experiência na liderança de equipes comerciais e de atendimento ao cliente é muito importante. Na verdade, procuramos complementar-nos com experiências de outras áreas e organizações, onde o “know-how” pode ser transferível e a multitarefa e a priorização de atividades estão presentes.
Pré-requisitos:
- Carreiras com foco emHospitality.
- Experiência liderando equipes de trabalho (operações, serviços, etc...)
- Experiência desejável nas áreas: Imobiliário, Multifamily, Hotelaria, Administração, Gestão de Projetos, Empreendedorismo, etc...
- Inglês avançado.
- Utilização de ferramentas Office 365.
