JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Como Revenue Assitant tendrás que analizar y monitorizar los patrones de reserva y los datos de precios para ayudar en la toma de decisiones de precios y estrategias de inventario del portofolio de apartamentos de BeCasa. Además, el asistente deberá de colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurarte de que se estén aplicando las tarifas y las restricciones de forma adecuada, así como para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado.
Funciones:
• Realización y supervisión de informe de pick up diario.
• Realización y supervisión de informe semanal y mensual de ventas
• Administración y control de inventario del establecimiento.
• Realización e implantación de la estrategia de pricing, restricciones, cierres de ventas, etc
• Control y supervisión de los contenidos en los diferentes canales.
• Creación y supervisión de tarifas, paquetes y ofertas en los diferentes canales de venta.
• Control de la competencia.

Requisitos:
• Habilidades comunicativas.
• Interés por desarrollarse en el sector.
• Estudios: ADE, Turismo o similar. Formación en Revenue Management.
• Idiomas: Imprescindible Inglés, Castellano. Otros deseable.
• Experiencia mínima: Experiencia +/- 1 año en el departamento de Revenue hotelero. Deseable experiencia en alguna otra área de la gestión hotelera u OTAS.
• Sistemas: Revenue management, Power BI, O365 y Teams, gestión KPIs hotels.
• Conocimiento de Pricelabs, Lavanda y AirDNA será un plus.
• Experiencia previa en gestión de revenue de apartamentos será un plus.
