Key Role Responsibilities
- You’ll be taught to conduct financial analysis of development opportunities, including creating detailed pro-forma and financial models, calculating and interpreting key investment metrics and running scenario analysis to inform decision making.
- You’ll assist with drafting internal and external reports including Investment Committee memorandums, Development Management reports and other detailed investment reports that provide insights on proposed and existing developments.
- You’ll learn how to gather, compile, investigate and analyse market data to identify market trends and inform investment decision making.
- You’ll be present when we’re interfacing with internal and external stakeholders for proposed and on-going developments, gaining insights into the entire development process including design, planning, cost management and construction stages on live projects.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in real estate, finance or a related field.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn about the real estate industry.
- Quantitative background and an ability to solve problems analytically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Eagerness to develop knowledge on Irish planning and building regulations, policies, and procedures.
