JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leadership:Provide strategic direction and leadership to the construction team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Innovation:Drive the adoption of new technologies and construction methods to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience working on ground up construction projects with 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple teams across multiple projects and leading inter-company collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to be highly organized in day-to-day and long-term planning and execution, and to track and maintain complex schedules effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively delegate and negotiate.

The salary range for this position is between $220,000.00 - $250,000.00.
Additional Compensation:
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
