JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of the community by assisting the Assistant Community Manager in leasing, resident relations, facilities coordination, and commercial space oversight. This role also aids in social media engagement, marketing efforts, and administrative support to enhance the resident experience and overall property performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Regularly meets with and works in partnership with Operations staff to ensure daily facility management and operations are successful and to ensure units and facilities are clean, well maintained, and move in ready for guests and conference groups.
•    Prepares operations agendas, minutes, and communicates with campus partners, vendors, and Greystar offices.
•    Actively participates in the preparation of yearly budgets, monthly forecasting, and turn related expenditures.
•    Manages expenses and acts in a fiscally responsible manner.
•    Engages in constant evaluation and development of policies and procedures.
•    Conduct periodic inspections of custodial work, building entryway mats, intercoms, and special work orders. 
•    Manages operation and upkeep of the KeyTrak system, auditing Residence Life and vendor rosters.
•    Works in conjunction with appropriate leadership and departments to maintain safe living/learning environments.

•    Assists with coordination and support of maintaining operations during emergencies and crisis situations.

  • Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned to support the success of the community and team.

The hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $29.81.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
