JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are expanding the Brand and Insights team to support the relaunch of our Greystar brand to consumers. This position is responsible for supporting the application and rollout of Greystar’s updated brand across its US business. The Brand Manager will work with Marketing and Creative teams to provide project management and research support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversees contract work, from creative briefing to asset handover, to ensure consistent and high-quality translation of Greystar brand guide into compelling digital and onsite marketing touchpoints.
  • Partners with onsite team at properties to implement new marketing touchpoints and develops a system to track and report on their performance, distilling key learnings into best practices for scaling.
  • Supports manager in developing a national marketing strategy to grow Greystar brand awareness over time: priority channels, required spend, creative requirements, etc.
  • Supports national Greystar contentcalendar, which includesmarketing channels such as email, SMS, and app notifications, to ensure on-time execution of resident touchpoints that are on-brand and aligned to establishedbusiness objectives.
  • Responsible for maintaining a Greystar stock photography library that aligns to photography guidelines.
  • Acts as a liaison and creative checkpoint for Property Marketing to ensure consistency of Greystar brand standards when paired with a property brand (“cobranding”).
  • Collaborates with team to track performance and set goals for the Greystar brand over time through KPIs like aided/unaided awareness, consideration and perception, brand associations.
  • Regular travel may be required to conduct on-site meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

Knowledge,Skills,Abilities: 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive toward consensus and solutions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects to on-time completion 
  • Has apassion and keen eye for creative work product (visual and verbal) and can assess for quality and adherence to brand standards
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to structure ambiguous asks into projects with clear timelines and deliverables
  • DemonstratedproficiencyinWord, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 5-8 years of work experience in marketing and/or brand management
  • Prior experience ina consumer space is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education, training, and experience from which comparable skills, abilities and knowledge was acquired.

Additional Compensation:

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
