Experience in the multifamily real estate industry is highly preferred but not required. Must exhibit expertise in hands-on paid media, SEO and website management.

Client Partnership & Support
- Primary Contact: Act as the key liaison between internal and external NCM stakeholders within the Digital COE structure.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, proactive relationships with both internal and external NCM stakeholders, ensuring the highest standard of digital marketing support.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with client marketing leads to align digital strategies with client portfolio and property goals.
- Onboarding & Education: Lead the onboarding process for NCM clients and facilitate ongoing education on digital products, performance metrics, and tools.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Data-Driven Reporting: Provide regular reporting to clients, including performance dashboards, data analysis, and campaign insights. This role will lead performance review & strategy discussions with the client.
- Trend Identification: Analyze digital data to uncover opportunities for improvement and to drive strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Channel Strategy: Partner with digital channel experts to translate performance metrics into actionable business strategies that align with client objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including NCM, paid media, SEO, social media, websites, email, analytics, and tech, to ensure alignment of deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
- Strategic Execution: Serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and digital execution, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and alignment on client goals.
- Client Feedback: Collect and communicate recurring client concerns to the DCOE, contributing to process improvements and product enhancement.
Digital Expertise & Enablement
- Digital Landscape Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid digital marketing (paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, ILS) and organic digital channels (SEO, websites, email marketing, social media).
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct 1:1 or group training sessions to educate stakeholders on digital platforms, tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Internal Resource Development: Contribute to the development of internal resources and documentation to scale digital knowledge across teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate, agency, or a client-facing role.
- Digital Channels Expertise: Proven experience with key paid digital channels (SEM, social, display, retargeting, ILS) and owned/earned channels (websites, SEO, email marketing, social media).
- Data Proficiency: Strong data fluency and experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Google Search Console, ad platforms, Big Query, Power BI).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organization: Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
- Occasional travel within the US may be required to attend business meetings, training sessions, conferences, or other situations necessary to accomplish all or parts of the daily responsibilities of this position.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
