Key Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations ensuring seamless leasing, occupancy management, resident relations, and service delivery.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, repair, and presentation across all residential, amenity.
- Implement operational best practices aligned with Greystar’s global standards.
- Recruit, coach, and develop on‑site team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Conduct regular training, evaluations, workflow planning, and service‑readiness checks.
- Lead collaborative engagement with external vendors and partners.
- Manage property budgets, forecasting cycles, rent roll oversight, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Review AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting packages.
- Develop strategies to optimize NOI and long‑term asset value.
- Design and deliver resident programming to foster community.
- Act as primary escalation point for customer service matters.
- Monitor satisfaction KPIs and implement improvements.
- Ensure building compliance including fire safety systems, health & safety logs, and all regulatory inspections.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, asset lifecycle planning, and contractor performance.
- Drive leasing performance through strategic pricing, market analysis, and partnerships.
- Act as key operational liaison for commercial tenants and their operational adherence.
About You
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in residential property management.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong team‑building skills.
- Competence in financial reporting, budgeting, and operational analytics.
- Strong communication skills, customer‑oriented mindset, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Knowledge of building systems, compliance frameworks, and vendor management.
