JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This is a newly created role due to ongoing growth and the recent acquisition of a student accommodation portfolio in addition to our build to rent portfolio.

As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment function for our onsite staff, including sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to drive our business forward. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, leverage cutting-edge recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent to support Greystar’s growing operations.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across key business functions.
  • Managing full recruitment life cycle, from screening to onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver best-fit talent.
  • Manage Greystar’s careers communication channels, including job boards, social feeds, and internal portals.
  • Partner with HR and global teams to implement and optimize the Workday recruitment system.
  • Support and promote Greystar’s employer brand and culture to attract top professionals.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience gained in internal recruitment highly desirable, first movers from agency welcome
  • A passion for people and creating meaningful candidate experiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail; experience with Workday or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and MS office
  • Knowledge of the real estate or property industry highly regarded
