JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This is a newly created opportunity due to Greystar’s expansion in the Australian market into Student Accommodation.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support the leasing and resident journey across Greystar’s student accommodation portfolio. This is a newly created role due to business growth—perfect for someone ready to make an impact through excellent customer engagement, attention to detail, and energy for leasing and sales success.

You’ll work closely with prospective residents, help drive leasing performance, and play a key role in retention, renewals, and relationship-building.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as a key point of contact for student leasing inquiries and property tours.

  • Support the full leasing cycle: applications, documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Manage prospect data and CRM updates with accuracy and attention.

  • Respond to third-party education agent inquiries and coordinate showings.

  • Promote lease renewals by engaging with current residents.

  • Provide expert knowledge of properties, amenities, pricing, and promotions.

  • Track market activity, competitor offerings, and trends to support leasing strategy.

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance leasing campaigns.

  • Ensure promotional content, website listings, and materials are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain a strong brand presence at events and on-site.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in leasing, student accommodation, hospitality, or real estate.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills—natural relationship builder.

  • Confidence in presenting, showing properties, and closing leases.

  • Experience with CRM or leasing platforms (e.g. StarRez, Salesforce).

  • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a team and taking initiative independently.

  • Additional languages highly desirable for international student interactions.

Compliance Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.

  • National Criminal History Check.

  • Working with Children Check.
