JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to support the full end-to-end development lifecycle of our upcoming major projects: from planning, design and procurement through to construction delivery, operational integration and completion.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and delivery partners, you will help drive programme, quality and commercial outcomes while contributing to the continued growth of Greystar’s development platform in Australia.
This role offers significant long-term potential and the opportunity to be part of an expanding portfolio within one of the world’s leading real estate companies.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of a major student accommodation development from inception through to completion
- Manage programme, procurement, design, budget and construction activities across the project lifecycle
- Assist with technical due diligence, feasibility assessments and project planning activities
- Support operational integration and project handover processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
About You
You are an experienced development or project management professional with a strong background in residential, Build to Rent, student accommodation or mixed-use developments.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing complex projects and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. You are highly collaborative, commercially minded and confident working across multiple stakeholder groups to drive successful project outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Relevant qualifications in property, construction, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Strong understanding of development, planning, construction and procurement processes within Australia
- Experience or exposure to Build to Rent, student accommodation or related residential sectors will be highly regarded
- Highly organised with strong commercial, budgeting and project coordination capabilities
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Project
