Job Responsibilities

The Flex Team has an immediate opening for an experienced Sr. Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Sr. Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

The Greystar Flex Team is a group of specialized and elite individuals who excel in their roles. The team's main directive is to serve Greystar when and where needed around the greater Seattle area to assist communities and onsite teams with day-to-day operations, audits, financial reporting, service requests, annual inspections, and flex projects.  ​Affordable housing experience preferred.

This team member will focus on the South region including areas such as Olympia, Renton, Tacoma, Tukwila, Federal Way, Kent, Auburn, and Puyallup


JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

What your day might look like

  • Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service

  • Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours

  • Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'

  • Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes

  • Community event planning and execution

  • Follow up with prospects by phone and email

  • Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units

  • Assisting in lease renewals

  • Respond to resident concerns

What we are looking for

  • Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions

  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
