JOB DESCRIPTION

The Residences at Rainier Square hosts 188 brand new apartments in the tallest residential building in Seattle. These ultra luxury apartment residences are located on floors 39 to 58, offering unparalleled views and thoughtful amenities in Seattle's most sought after location.
Essential Responsibilities:
1.Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensures that prospects and visitors are comfortable while they wait to speak with a team member.
2.Monitors guest traffic.
3.Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
4.Assists residents with the checking in or out of luggage carts.
5.Monitors parking lot for team members and vendors.
6.Monitors fire alarm panel and security cameras.
7.Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
8.Keeps a daily log of events and community security status. Reports any concerns to management.
9.Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.
10.Assists in calling vendors for service tickets for laundry room services. 11.Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
12.Books freight elevator for move-in, move-out and furniture deliveries.

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
