JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This is a part-time team member dedicated to enhancing the daily experience of residents through hospitality-focused service and thoughtful programming. This role primarily supports the community by preparing and serving breakfast, preparing for occasional special events or themed meals. The Lifestyle Coordinator is also responsible for managing food inventory and placing orders through Sysco to ensure consistent quality and availability.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating welcoming environments, has a passion for serving others, and is detail-oriented in managing food service logistics. Flexibility, creativity, and a resident-first mindset are key to success in this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Prepares and serves meals for resident events, cooking classes, and special occasions. Plans menus that align with resident preferences and dietary needs.

2. Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and food prep areas. Orders and manages inventory of food supplies and cooking equipment.

3.Collaborates with the Lifestyle Team to incorporate culinary experiences into community programming, including themed dinners, brunches, and seasonal tastings.

4.Engages residents through interactive cooking demonstrations and workshops, fostering a sense of community and wellness.

5.. Ensures Greystar training courses and food preparation license are up to date. 6. Provides input into the development of budgets within the property portfolio as it relates to planned activities and resident retention. Manages expenses to budget.

In addition to supporting the team with addition lifestyle and sales responsibilities.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
