Desde definição inicial do produto até entrega final e implantação de condomínio residencial.
Coordenação e definição do produto:
Capacidade comprovada em coordenar equipes de projetistas e consultores terceiros.
Experiência na definição do conceito do empreendimento, considerando mercado, design, viabilidade econômica e técnica.
Compatibilização de projetos:
Conhecimento técnico em arquitetura e engenharia suficiente para identificar e atuar preventivamente em pontos críticos de compatibilização entre disciplinas (arquitetura, estrutura, instalações, etc.).
Histórico comprovado de entregas:
Portfólio de empreendimentos residenciais entregues com sucesso (listar os projetos)
Experiência prática em implantação de áreas comuns:
Experiência direta com a execução e implantação de áreas comuns em empreendimentos residenciais
Comunicação assertiva com engenharia:
Habilidade de interação clara e produtiva com o time de engenharia, visando a otimização e controle inteligente de custos.
Capacidade para propor e desenvolver soluções criativas que garantam eficiência financeira e técnica.
Formação e background profissional em arquitetura:
Perfil de arquiteto com histórico consistente em coordenação de projetos, design, e implantação.
Experiência em incorporadoras pequenas/médias:
Preferência por profissionais com atuação anterior em incorporadoras menores, garantindo visão ampla e não-segmentada como são nas grandes incorporadoras.
Habilidade de atuar de maneira multidisciplinar, sem ficar restrito a uma única função ou departamento (projetos, aprovações, engenharia, implantação, etc).
