JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsabilidades:
- Processar e monitorar pagamentos de fornecedores e outras despesas.
- Realizar conciliações bancárias e de contas a pagar.
- Gerenciar o fluxo de caixa e prever necessidades de liquidez.
- Preparar relatórios financeiros e análises de despesas.
- Manter relacionamento com bancos e instituições financeiras.
- Garantir a conformidade com políticas internas e regulamentos externos.
- Participar de auditorias internas e externas.
- Identificar e implementar melhorias nos processos de contas a pagar e tesouraria.
- Orientação e suporte a cliente interno
- Responsável pela análise de reembolsos de colaboradores
- Efetuar o fechamento financeiro e enviar para a contabilidade
- Enviar documentos para fechamento de câmbio e ou pagamento em moeda estrangeira
- Atendimento a fornecedores externos e internos
Qualificações Necessárias:
- Graduação em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área de contas a pagar e tesouraria.
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel e sistemas ERP.
- Habilidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes.
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos.
- Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais.
Habilidades Desejadas:
- Experiência em gestão de fluxo de caixa.
- Familiaridade com normas contábeis e regulatórias.
- Proatividade e capacidade de resolver problemas.
