As principais responsabilidades incluem:

  • Controle de Pagamentos: Gerenciar e acompanhar os pagamentos relacionados as contratações internas, garantindo que sejam realizados dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Lançamento de Notas e Programações de Pagamentos: Realizar o lançamento, programação de pagamentos e controle de notas fiscais e outros documentos financeiros no sistema de pagamentos do fundo, assegurando a precisão e conformidade com os procedimentos internos;
  • Suprimentos e Contratações: Apoiar o time de Development na contratação de serviços, fornecedores e projetistas. Solicitação de propostas e orçamentos para serviços diversos;
  • Comunicação e Coordenação: Manter contato com fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e outros stakeholders para assegurar a eficiência e a resolução oportuna de questões administrativas e técnicas;
  • Classificação de Custos: Apoiar o time de Development na classificação de custos e alocação em relatórios e sistemas.

Requisitos:

  • Formação: Ensino superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência: Experiência anterior em funções administrativas;
  • Conhecimentos: Familiaridade com processos financeiros e administrativos, lançamento de notas fiscais, controle de pagamentos e gestão de suprimentos;
  • Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de organização, comunicação e resolução de problemas. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;
  • Informática: Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de projetos de engenharia;
  • Habilidades em negociação e gestão de fornecedores;
  • Experiência em aquisição de suprimentos e solicitação de orçamentos.
