JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Supports the strategic and daily management of the financial performance and operation of the assigned area by gathering and analyzing financial data and reports against budgets and key financial benchmarks, interpreting trends, forecasts, and financial results, and developing recommendations for optimum financial performance.

Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create equity and financing packages summarizing the highlights, requirements, market information, and other financial data for corporate decisions.

May oversee rent-levels and occupancy figures by performing analysis of rent appropriateness to determine if“specials” or otherperks are necessary to improve financial levels, acts as liaisonbetween corporate and property management, oversees property expenses, and submit invoices for loan draws as necessary.

Completes and prepares property level financial reporting, strategic plan,coordinates underwriting process for largeandopportunistic transactions, and oversees investment and co-investment programs.

Preparesandreviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents and researches and resolves discrepancies as necessary.

Provide support and training to internal stakeholders on annual property level budgeting process and budgeting tools.

Performs market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll-ups for audits.

Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reportsand analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 (San Francisco)

Additional Compensation:

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
