JOB DESCRIPTION
El Sales Executive es responsable de apoyar los objetivos de marketing, arrendamiento y ocupación/ingresos mediante la realización de actividades relacionadas con el arrendamiento a nuevos residentes. Estos incluyen la calificación de clientes potenciales, la organización de recorridos comunitarios y visitas a las unidades y la finalización de la administración residente requerida para asegurar el contrato de arrendamiento.

- Trabaja como parte de un equipo, apoyando y respetando a otros miembros del equipo para brindar una vida excepcional a los residentes.
- Responde a todas las consultas de ventas entrantes de manera oportuna con los objetivos establecidos.
- Inicia el contacto saliente proactivo para convertir la generación de interesados y los contactos de la base de datos existentes como se indicó anteriormente.
- Comprende, actualiza y mejora activamente el conocimiento de la comunidad, las comodidades, las unidades y las características del área local.
- Garantiza que todos los sistemas de captura de datos y los detalles de contacto se actualicen de manera precisa y oportuna según sea necesario.
- Planifica y organiza las actividades diarias para maximizar el tiempo necesario para lograr el número de arrendamientos objetivo.
- Convierte interesados y leads en citas y reservas de visita para lograr números de arrendamiento específicos.

- Clasifica las consultas no comerciales y asegúrese de que se gestionen de manera profesional.
Conocimientos y Cualificaciones
- Buen nivel de educación general que evidencie lectoescritura y aritmética.
- Buen nivel de inglés.
- Es deseable dominar el uso de paquetes de Microsoft Office, incluidos Word, Excel y Outlook, así como otros sistemas como bases de datos / sistemas de reservas, por ejemplo, Salesforce.
