JOB DESCRIPTION

Funciones principales del puesto

  • Atención al cliente presencial, telefónica y por correo electrónico.
  • Gestión de entradas y salidas de clientes (check-in ycheck-out).
  • Coordinación diaria con el equipo de limpieza para asegurar la correcta preparación de las habitaciones.
  • Elaboración y actualización de listados de llegadas, salidas y habitaciones ocupadas.
  • Apoyo en la gestión de reservas y modificaciones.
  • Resolución de incidencias básicas y atención a solicitudes de los huéspedes.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas propias del puesto (PMS, correo, hojas de cálculo, etc.).
  • Colaboración en tareas administrativas relacionadas con la recepción.

Calificaciones

  • Buscamos a alguien que tenga: La capacidad de ser proactivo con fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas e iniciativa. 
  • Altamente organizado con la capacidad de asumir múltiples tareas con regularidad. 
  • Habilidades intermedias en el uso de MS Office y sistemas/bases de datos en línea. Resiliencia y adaptabilidad, así como una gran conciencia de la diversidad cultural.
