JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This newly created role is dedicated to supporting our development business line. Working closely with the Finance Manager (Property & Development) and our project teams, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, analysing actuals vs budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting process improvements.

Key responsibilities:
Monitor and manage development project budgets, analysing actuals vs budgets, and providing reporting support on timeframes and key milestones.
Oversee the recording of project costs, including contract administration and compliance tracking.
Prepare reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of project financial records.
Support the transition of new properties while maintaining continuity of existing operations.
Partner with the development team to improve processes, tidy records, and enhance system use.
Provide financial and reporting support to ensure compliance and accuracy across all projects.
