JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to become a key part of our student accommodation team. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospects, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a welcoming and engaging our community environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Be a warm, welcoming presence for residents, visitors, and prospects—offering a smile and service every time
Respond to walk-ins, calls, emails, and social media messages with friendly professionalism
Manage package deliveries, guest suite bookings, lift scheduling for move-ins/move-outs, and resident enquiries
Keep the community’s shared spaces and front-of-house areas tidy, safe, and ready to impress
Support daily admin and operational tasks, including data entry, resident communications, and CRM updates
Assist with planning, promoting, and running resident engagement events and activities
Keep up-to-date local knowledge (think food, fun, entertainment) and other items of interest for residents to make living here even better
Promote resident satisfaction by addressing questions, feedback, and maintenance requests quickly and effectively
Contribute to leasing activity—helping turn enquiries into happy residents
Assist with reporting, compliance tasks, and support broader community operations
To be successful in this role, you should have skills including:
Demonstrated experience customer facing roles such as hospitality, accommodation, or real estate
Excellent customer service skills with a cheerful, can-do attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A natural team player with the confidence to work independently when needed
Solid organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Tech-savvy: comfortable with email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internet research
Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt your style to connect with a diverse resident base
A passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences every single day
Compliance & Licensing – Must hold a valid driver’s license, and have the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
