JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervisar y acompañar al equipo de Leasing Agents en su operativa diaria.
- Brindar coaching individual y grupal para potenciar el rendimiento y las habilidades comerciales.
- Gestionar horarios, cargas de trabajo y resolución de incidencias en tiempo real.
- Realizar llamadas comerciales para cualificación de leads, seguimiento y cierre de reservas.
- Atender y gestionar consultas entrantes y leads asignados, como parte activa del equipo.
- Apoyar en picos de actividad asegurando una atención de calidad a los potenciales residentes.
- Implementar y ajustar estrategias de conversión de leads alineadas con los objetivos del Sales Manager.
- Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPIs del equipo (citas, visitas, reservas, ratios de conversión).
- Proponer iniciativas de mejora comercial y operativa en base a resultados y feedback del equipo.
- Elaborar informes de rendimiento individual y grupal.
- Analizar datos comerciales, identificar tendencias y proponer acciones correctivas o de optimización.
- Manejar herramientas como CRM (idealmente Salesforce), Excel o Power BI.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos y estándares internos de calidad.
- Trabajar de manera coordinada con los equipos de ventas, operaciones, marketing y tecnología.
- Participar en reuniones de alineación con el Sales Manager y otras áreas.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre productos, mercado y herramientas.
- Reporta directamente al/laSales & Leasing Manager.
- Lidera al equipo deLeasing Agents del contact center.
- Participa activamente en la operación comercial diaria.
- Equipo de Leasing Agents.
- Departamentos de operaciones, marketing, ventas y sistemas.
- Posibles residentes, agentes externos y partners.
- Formación media o superior en ventas, comunicación, gestión empresarial o áreas afines.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel).
- Manejo de CRMs comerciales (preferiblemente Salesforce).
- Nivel de inglés mínimo B2. Se valoran otros idiomas.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos en contact center, ventas telefónicas o atención al cliente.
- Fuerte perfil comercial con experiencia directa en gestión de leads y llamadas.
- Capacidad analítica y de organización.
- Comunicación clara, liderazgo empático y orientación a resultados.
- Trabajo en equipo, integridad, profesionalismo, respeto, y enfoque en el cliente.
- Capacidad para inspirar, motivar y generar impacto positivo en el equipo.
