JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B commercial strategy, focusing on partnerships with companies, relocation agencies, universities, and other institutional clients.
You will lead a team while also remaining hands-on in business development, playing a key role in scaling demand and unlocking new revenue streams.

Key Role Responsibilities:
B2B Strategy & Business Development
Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy across student and flex living assets
Identify, target, and close partnerships with key accounts (corporates, universities, relocation agencies, etc.)
Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value B2B opportunities
Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their accommodation needs
Revenue & Performance
Drive occupancy and revenue growth through B2B channels
Monitor performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health
Ensure alignment with overall commercial targets and asset strategy
Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 B2B sales profiles
Set clear targets and ensure performance tracking
Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with B2C sales, marketing, and operations teams
Align B2B initiatives with leasing strategy and asset priorities
Share market insights and client feedback to improve positioning and offering
Process & Tools
Implement structured sales processes and pipeline management
Ensure proper use of CRM tools (e.g. Yardi or similar)
Experience&Skills:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in hospitality or real estate
Fluent in Spanish and English (French would be ideal)
Proven track record of closing partnerships and generating revenue in a B2B environment
Experience in real estate, hospitality, mobility, or related sectors is a strong plus
Previous experience managing a team, with the ability to coach and drive performance
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and impact
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on (hunter + manager profile)
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Highly structured, with strong pipeline and process management capabilities
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and performance metrics
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Yardi or similar)
