JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors, callers, and other internal/external customers.
2. Answer phone calls promptly with the approved greeting and take detailed messages when referring the customer to someone else.
3. Respond to emails in a timely and complete manner.
4. Greet all walk-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
5. Provide accurate and comprehensive housing and marketing information to students and parents.
6. Assist team and other teams with various tasks and projects, as needed.
7. Assist with performing data entry, file management, and clerical support with projects.
8. Generate excitement and interest about on-campus housing during external marketing outreach efforts.
9. Engage with prospective students and parents while discussing their housing needs.
10. Assist in creating social media posts to inform and connect with prospective, current, and future students and their parents about important dates and events.
11. Represent and promote Campus Housing at sporting events, Big Blue Nation Orientations (BBNOs), high-traffic on-campus locations, and other large campus events.
12. Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of properties at all times and understand the importance of the retention of residents for occupancy purposes.
13. Perform all work necessary to make the units and rooms ready for occupancy.
14. Assist with planning and coordinating events, projects, etc.
15. Finish all necessary training as required for the position.
16. May be required to accept overtime if need exists.
17. Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
