So, who are we looking for? 

We are looking for our next Asset Management Associate 


Our new Asset Management Associate will play a key role interfacing with both internal clients and also, investors. The key function of the Asset Management Associate is to execute the asset level investment strategies, delivering performance targets in line with the Business Plan and yearly budgets. As an Associate within the team, you will be responsible for executing the day to day management of the investment assets across our Chile platform, alongside supporting teams and the channel to our different internal and external stakeholders.  


These could be your responsibilities if you join Greystar as our next Asset Management Associate: 

Work with supporting teams to monitor performance of our assets and deliver key performance metrics to achieve the business plan. This will cover analysis of leasing performance, income, expense and impact to asset returns. 

Be the channel to our local partners regarding asset performance and key metrics, participating directly on all asset performance reports, requiring advanced understanding of our business model and how assets operate and perform. 

Support the execution of investment strategies including NOI maximization and value-add initiatives on our multifamily portfolio.  

Build and maintain complex financial models to project detailed cash flows, and forecast investment returns for asset management decision-making. 

Responsible for presentation of annual operational and capital budgets for senior management and capital partner approval. 

Prepare materials for the monthly and quarterly reporting to capital partners as well as prepare regular and ad- hoc reports for internal stakeholders. 

Responsible for monitoring debt covenants and debt compliance. 

Responsible for preparing and presenting proposals regarding asset performance to internal investment committees and to capital partners. 

Monitor and report on key market, industry and competitor data. 

Work with stakeholders across the business to improve our reporting systems and data capture to drive visibility and efficiency.  

Complete various financial, accounting, narrative, administrative and other reports and analysis and duties as assigned or necessary for the successful execution of the business plans.

Minimum of 3 years in similar positions, with direct contact with external clients 

Experience in the Real Estate Industry (Multifamily is desirable) 

Fluent Spanish & English (will be measured in the initial stage of the process) 

Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or other major alike 

Advanced with all Microsoft packages, especially in Excel
