VOTRE MISSION
Sous la supervision de votre tuteur, vous serez impliqué(e) dans les activités commerciales et administratives liées à la location, notamment :
- Suivi des candidatures locataires et vérification des informations sur les portails partenaires.
- Conseil et information des locataires et candidats à la location.
- Accueil téléphonique et physique des locataires et candidats.
- Montage et transmission des dossiers locataires.
- Participation à la gestion des entrées et sorties des locataires (états des lieux, contrôle des appartements).
Vous découvrirez ainsi l’ensemble du processus de location, depuis la candidature jusqu’à l’emménagement ou le départ des locataires.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, immobilier ou équivalent
- Aisance commerciale et relationnelle
- Organisation, rigueur et professionnalisme
- Sens du service et capacité à travailler en équipe
