Job Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Architect and develop scalable, resilient backend systems and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Golang, prioritizing high performance and reliability.
Engage in front-end development, ensuring effective integration with backend systems for a cohesive and functional user interface.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, offering backendexpertise and insights into front-end integration.
Lead the effort in integrating third-party APIs and systems to enhance functionality and improve business processes.
Ensure comprehensive testing and debugging of both backend and front-end components, upholding the highest quality and reliability standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend and front-end development to advocate for technological advancements and improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in backend development, with a portfolio that highlights your expertise in system architecture and development.
Proficient in front-end technologies, including Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript, with the ability to contribute to front-end projects.
Strong understanding of databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly valued.
Specialized Skills:
A track record of designing scalable and resilient backend architectures.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a forward-thinking mindset to challenge and improve current processes.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
