Job Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Clean pool(s) and hot tub(s) of debris.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the pool area(s) by ensuring that grounds, furniture, and building exteriors are neat, clean, and organized.
- Enforce communities’ general pool rules for the well-being of all that use the pool facilities.
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that they are in proper working order, request replacements as necessary, and assist in stocking inventory.
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
- Part-Time and Weekend role on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am-6:30pm.
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
