Greystar’s Summer Associate role provides an opportunity for graduate-level students planning a career in the real estate industry. Summer Associates will gain in-depth and practical experience in specific lines of business in which they are interning.

The 2024 Summer Intern for the Digital Team within the Office of COO Summer Intern will focus on the 2 main items:

- Support the B2C digital re-imagining of our digital assets by completing specific analysis and assessments including competitive reviews, business analysis, coordination of pilots and/or campaigns and working across organization to support B2C transformation efforts.
- Assist in business planning for 2025 and considerations for 3-year roadmap.


JOB DESCRIPTION

New Venture Incubation

The intern will assist in support for the redesign of Greystar.com, supporting with assessments and analysis efforts. This project will require the intern to demonstrate strong skills in:

  • Quantitative Analytics
  • Communications and Consulting
  • Project Management
  • Effective writing to summarize results and/or reviews. (Experience with PowerPoint preferred.)

Project/Redesign Support

  • Support business leaders by project managing in-flight pilots and work with pilot vendors and properties to ensure a smooth pilot process
  • Coordinate, collect and analyze pilot results, both quantitative (e.g., metrics, KPIs,) and qualitative (e.g., user feedback, lessons learned, etc.)
  • Develop case studies with quantitative (e.g., revenue and cost impact) and qualitative (e.g., customer and team member feedback) analysis

Leadership and Communications

  • Create presentations and communication artifacts for various internal stakeholders
  • Consolidate and curate reporting on specific areas of discovery or review
  • Craft thought leadership on opportunity areas including competitive reviews and trends.
  • Assist in business planning including modeling of new business models and overall business plan and P&L for 3-year growth.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Education:

MBA candidate or a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related major with 3+ years experience 

Location:

Remote or any regional office

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
