Job Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator supports our German & Austrian Greystar multifamily & student portfolio, representing the Marketing team by taking the lead on all marketing deliverables for operational assets and assigned developments. Working in the German & Austrian team, with a Central European scope and an American HQ brings a wide international environment and shared best practices, with the possibility to study your markets and find the best ways to apply them - sometimes being an example for other countries, even across the ocean.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role Responsibilities:
Supports the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. This includes:

  • Campaigns: Creation of on- and offline marketing plans. Applying effective tracking of campaign activity and monitoring success.
  • Social Media: Overseeing social media agency posts and management of community alongside supporting on content ideas and plans.
  • Content Management: Create and oversee creation of engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns and websites. Manage all video and photo shooting projects onsite together with on-site team.
  • Website: Responsible for content updates on our brand websites (Canvas Living, LY30, District Living), ensuring relevant and up-to-date information is included. Work closely with Digital Experience Team to understand website performance to improve customer journey, conversions, accessibility in line with latest customer insights.
  • Brand: Be a brand advocate for all Greystar brands, ensuring brand consistency outside of the marketing teams supporting, and training, onsite and commercial teams. Work with internal design team and ensure that all marketing collateral is of consistently high quality in copy, tone and design (email campaigns, banners, adverts, flyers etc.). Experience in the Canva platform is a benefit.
  • Market Data & Analysis: Support our internal Customer Insights Team to deliver market research. Monitor competitors and conduct your own market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Events: Responsible for the creation of event plans for each of our assets working closely with the Operations team to agree themes and opportunities based on audience segments.
  • Budgets: Support the invoicing process and tracking of budgets

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with a marketing or communication focus; or by equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking German and English
  • IT literate and fully conversant with all Outlook and Microsoft packages
  • Basic understanding of reporting including Google Analytics
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills necessary for accurate budget administration and reporting on marketing ROI (return on investment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (German and English); including the ability to effectively write and present reports and information to support strategic business decisions
  • Great eye for detail with creative flair and confidence to critique own work and others
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
