JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
At Riverwalk, discover modern architectural design and convenience in a collection of mid-rise, controlled-access buildings. The community offers studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments, along with extraordinary two and three-bedroom loft apartments. Set on Goodpasture Island between the Willamette River and Delta Ponds Wetlands, residents enjoy easy access to arterial roads, the Ruth Bascom Riverbank Trail System, downtown Eugene, and Valley River Center Mall.

This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

What your day might look like
Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
Community event planning and execution
Follow up with prospects by phone and email
Utilizing social media and internet platforms to marketavailable units
Assistingin lease renewals
Respond to resident concerns
What we are looking for
Previoussales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude isrequired
Proficient in MS Office Suite,additionalproperty management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but notrequired
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
High levelof professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $21.50.
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
