You will also provide targeted support to leasing and resident engagement efforts to help drive key performance metrics such as occupancy rates, brand awareness and digital performance across the portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution (B2C & B2B)
Assist in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for both PBSA & Multifamily to support brand awareness, lead generation and resident engagement.
Create and manage content for digital channels including website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
Monitor campaign performance tracking key metrics such as engagement, lead conversion and ROI.
Execute sales and marketing initiatives for peak student booking periods and corporate leasing promotions.
Proactively develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance resident engagement, drive brand awareness, and generate qualified leads across all digital and offline channels.
Collaborate with Partnerships and B2B Sales to develop marketing collateral
Digital & Social Media Management
Support Manageday-to-day social media activities across brands, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
Review, audit, update and maintainwebsites, ensuring listings, imagery / videography, blog content, and key pages are optimised for SEO and user experience.
Identify and collaborate with local influencers, micro-creators, and resident ambassadors who align with Greystar’s values and lifestyle branding.
Content Creation & Brand Development
Develop engaging content, including blogs, resident comms, property descriptions and promotional materials.
Support the design and production of marketing assets, including brochures, flyers and signage, working with our internal Design Team and external agencies.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Leasing & Resident Engagement Support
Assist in executing marketing tasks to drive occupancy and retention, including 3D models, virtual tours, open house events and referral programs.
Support Operations Team in coordinating resident engagement initiatives such as placemaking & community events.
Coordinate with student ambassadors and universities to support outreach, on-campus visibility, and virtual engagement.
Coordinate the curation and deployment of Welcome Packs for new residents, ensuring these align with brand values and are reflective of the local area.
Plan and promote student-focused events, including welcome weeks, exam wellness support, and career/networking activations.
Support initiatives that encourage resident wellbeing, including health-focused content, partnerships (e.g. local fitness/yoga providers), and access to digital wellness resources
Local Outreach Partnerships
Build relationships with local businesses, service providers, and community organisations to create exclusive offers, co-hosted events, and referral incentives.
Support the leasing team by activating neighbourhood partnerships (e.g. cafés, gyms, wellness studios, cultural venues) that enhance the lifestyle proposition.
Work with local charities and community groups to incorporate meaningful CSR and placemaking initiatives into the resident experience.
Marketing Administration and Finance
Assist with budgeting and invoicing process, ensuring marketing expenses are tracked effectively.
Organise team folders and manage digital assets libraries (images, videos, logos, brand guidelines)
Support with PR coordination
Experience & Skills:
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, multifamily/BTR/PBSA, hospitality or of lifestyle brands
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management and content creation
Experience working with CMS platforms (Umbraco), social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
Strongskills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising principles
