Key Responsibilities
Assist in leasing and reservations activities — show units, qualify prospects, prepare tenancy documentation, and manage movein/moveout processes.
Use property software to track leasing data, generate reports, monitor availability, and log maintenance requests.
Interact with residents to proactively improve service delivery and handle enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback.
Support rent collection, monitor payments, and follow up on arrears in line with company procedures.
Work with the maintenance team to ensure the property’s physical condition and standards are maintained.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities to support leasing and occupancy objectives.
Carry out inspections, compliance tasks, and health & safety activities as required.
Engage in administrative duties including reporting, invoicing, procurement communication, and recordkeeping.
Support team development by helping train and coach colleagues.
May act in place of the Community Manager in their absence.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn property management software (e.g., Yardi, RentCafe).
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
Good organisational and numerical skills.
Flexible approach to working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Experience in property management or similar real estate operations is advantageous.
Typical Duties Include
Responding to resident inquiries and requests.
Managing lease documentation and tenancy administration.
Tracking and reporting on occupancy, leasing, and revenue performance.
Assisting with budgeting, compliance, and safety procedures
