Job Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Testing and Analytics will lead the A/B testing process organization wide for the digital network, managing the backlog, and coordinating cross-functional teams. It also includes identifying optimization opportunities for property and aggregate-level performance through data analysis. Collaboration with stakeholders in a matrixed organization is essential, aligning with broader digital transformation efforts. Monthly analysis, reporting, and insights generation are key responsibilities, along with ensuring data integrity and promoting best practices across the team and organization.


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Leadthe A/B Testing Process across the Org and Manage Backlog: Develop A/B Testing backlog,including the coordination across a cross functional team to manage on-going tests and outputs.

2. Identify optimization opportunities to drive performance at the property and aggregate level:Leverage various data analysis and testing results to drive continuous site performance results.

3. Collaborate with Stakeholders/Business Partners:  This role will be working in concert with a broader digital transformation effort that crosses multiple teams in a highly matrixed organization.

4. Provide monthly analysis and reporting, develop insights: This individual will oversee the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, as well as the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that measure the performance and impact of digital initiatives.

5. Drive data integrity and best practices within the team and across the organization: This individual will also ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis, establishes and enforces testing and analytics best practices and standards, and fosters a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
