La persona seleccionada será parte del equipo de Recepción y llevará a cabo tareas administrativas y de atención al cliente para nuestros huéspedes buscando alcanzar los objetivos de ocupación y fidelidad.

Funciones principales

  • Dar soporte a la creación de una experiencia memorable para nuestros residentes excediendo sus expectativas

  • Brindar todos los aspectos del servicio al cliente, incluyendo un servicio completo que anticipe y supere las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes.

  • Proveer un servicio proactivo de recepción y de atención al cliente para todos los huéspedes, asegurando que todas las consultas sean atendidas de manera oportuna.

  • Responder llamadas y completar las tareas asociadas o asignarlas a los equipos correspondientes para resolverlas de forma apropiada.

  • Colaborar en las visitas programadas a los apartamentos.

  • Asistir con los preparativos del apartahotel, incluyendo los procesos de entrada y salida de los residentes.

  • Dar soporte a la gestión de eventos de las actividades de los residentes dentro de la residencia.

  • Completar regularmente las actividades de Seguridad e Higiene alineadas a las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.

  • Completar otras tareas asignadas cuando fuera necesario.

Conocimientos y requisitos

  • Formación en Turismo o similar.

  • Con una clara vocación de servicio al cliente

  • Idiomas: Dominio fluido de Inglés y Castellano.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos y fines de semana
