JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As our Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, keeping operations running smoothly and creating memorable everyday moments.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for team-oriented, adaptable, and committed individual whom take pride in creating a great resident experience.
Deliver warm, professional service to residents and visitors in person, over the phone, and online
Manage resident enquiries, package deliveries, guest bookings, and move-in logistics
Keep front-of-house areas spotless, safe, and welcoming
Assist with planning, promoting and running of community events and resident engagement initiatives
Handle daily admin, communications, and CRM updates efficiently
Assist with leasing enquiries and ensure resident satisfaction
Share local tips and insights to enhance the resident experience
To be successful in this role, you should have skills including:
Experience in customer facing roles such as hospitality, real estate or similar
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
A cheerful, can-do attitude, somebody who enjoys working in a team environment but can work independently when needed
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A passion for service and connection in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with occasional physical tasks and confident in safe manual handling practices.
Current driver’s license and ability to complete police and Working With Children checks
