Greystar’s property management internship role provides an opportunity for students currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college or undergraduate degree program interested in a career in the real estate industry. Interns will gain practical experience in all areas of on-site residential property management. The internship is a rotational program onsite at a Greystar-managed property, where interns learn and perform critical job duties of the various onsite-level positions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Interested in having a hands-on experience with the #1 Property Management company in the United States? Greystar Property Management provides end-to-end management services across the globe for all types of rental spaces and residential housing, including apartment communities, corporate housing, and mixed-use properties incorporating retail space. Our innovative management strategy combines our international platform with local market knowledge to drive every community’s success.
During your 10-week internship, interns will rotate through every on-site role to gain exposure to how each member of the on-site team works together to successfully run one of Greystar’s multi-million-dollar assets. During your rotations, you will work closely with the Leasing Team, Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, and Service Team and will spend time shadowing the Regional Property Manager. Where possible, interns will have the opportunity to visit the nearest corporate office and meet the Strategic Services teams that help support our Property Management business.
All of our Greystar interns have the opportunity to participate in weekly Lunch & Learns with senior leaders, attend Workshops and Trainings, be paired with a Peer Mentor, and work on a formal Capstone Project and Presentation to their intern manager and team.

The Greystar Intern Program will run from June 5, 2023 – August 11, 2023
Education:
Currently enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program and entering your final year or semester of school.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
