Job Responsibilities
Nous sommes présents sur plus de 180 marchés dans le monde, au travers 50 bureaux, avec une gamme complète de services, 500 000 appartements gérés, 33 milliards de dollars d’actifs sous gestion et 12,5 milliards de dollars de projets en développement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Rattaché au Directeur Standards & Systems, l’assistant Property Manager H/F apporte un soutien administratif aux trois portefeuilles sous gestion (18 résidences pour étudiants).
Les principales missions confiées à l’assistant Property Manager H/F sont les suivantes :
- Il/elle saisit les baux de location dans le système de gestion.
- Il/elle assure le traitement des décomptes de sortie des locataires
Les principaux critères d’appréciation sont les suivantes:
- Capacité d’adaptation à l’équipe et à son binôme Property Manager.
- Implication et motivation.
- Fiabilité et exactitude dans la réalisation des tâches.
