Job Responsibilities

The Performance Marketing Executive will work alongside the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to plan & deliver compelling performance marketing campaigns and achieve our commercial targets. You will assist with driving all performance marketing channels to support the full consumer funnel in the most effective and efficient way, delivering appropriate ROI and CPA based on budgets.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to create campaigns that reach the target audience with the right messaging, media mix & creative at each stage of the customer journey
  • Provide ongoing insight and analysis of performance marketing campaigns, leveraging Google Analytics and Google Ads data
  • Update and analyse performance Marketing dashboards using Google Looker Studio to provide analysis on campaign performance and ROI
  • Support the launch of new brands and new markets providing keyword research, google trends data and market insights
  • Assist in the creation of brand relevant ad copy and messaging that capture attention and drive conversion
  • Support the creation of design briefs and work closely with the internal design team to develop impactful creative for all performance marketing channels
  • Track spend across the platforms vs the budget, and own the invoice and PO process for the team

Organisational Responsibilities:

  • Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s)
  • Demonstrates appropriate safe behaviours in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s)
  • Identifies areas for improvement, offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity, and implements ideas that achieve operational excellence
  • Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes

Role Scope:

  • This role will report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, in alignment with the Senior Performance Marketing Executive
  • This role will work on student and BtR property brands in UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and Netherlands

Key Relationships:

  • This role will regularly interact with the European Marketing Team Members, Operations Teams and Asset Management Teams
  • This role will liaise with external agencies and MarTech providers including SA360 and StackAdapt

Knowledge & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Marketing, Business or Finance relate degree/qualification or equivalent work experience

Desirable:

  • Asana or similar project management software
  • IDM, CIM, Google Squared or other related Digital Marketing Qualification

Experience & Skills: 

Essential:

  • Genuine passion for performance marketing and the real estate industry
  • Working knowledge of ad platforms and networks such as Google, Meta, TikTok and/or Programmatic
  • Good understanding of interpreting digital data for the benefit of optimisation
  • A strong team player but capable of working autonomously and taking ownership
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional experience to stakeholders, encouraging and championing performance marketing innovation across the business

Desirable:

  • Property, hospitality or retail marketing experience
  • Experience working with design teams to brief ad creative for display & paid social campaigns
  • Fluency in one or more European Languages in addition to English, is desirable but not essential.
