The Greystar Centralized Leasing Internship Program offers a 10-week immersive experience designed for interns seeking hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of centralized leasing within a leading multifamily real estate developer, investor, owner, and operator. Greystar Centralized Leasing Interns will explore various facets of the business including leasing operations, enterprise services, and client relations through daily experiences, intern events, and workshops, including:
• Executive Speaker Series
• Business Segment Trainings and Workshops
• Weekly Lunch & Learns
• Mentor Relationships
• Site visits

Interns will actively contribute to and present a Final Capstone Project to their team and senior leaders. With supportive coaching and professional guidance, the Greystar Internship enhances your understanding gained from the classroom, empowering you to embark on a successful and fulfilling career.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Initiate, develop, and launch your career in Centralized Leasing at Greystar! Our Internship Program immerses you in the multifamily real estate industry within Greystar's Centralized Leasing Operations team. Key skills include effective communication, commitment to quality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the centralized leasing team in supporting overall leasing operations and administrative duties.
  • Handle centralized leasing activities, including prospect inquiries via phone call, SMS, email, live chat, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions, leases, and property details.
  • Help development and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to inquiries.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry events to stay informed about the latest developments in centralized leasing and real estate.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to efficiently track, report, and manage multiple leasing projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment, engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality leasing services.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related major.
  • Expected graduation between December 2024 and June 2025.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
