The Portfolio Management Analyst supports the execution and the implementation of the Company’s strategies and programs that drive the financial and operational performance of the fund by gathering and analyzing market, property, and portfolio data, assisting in identifying opportunities for improving and/or operational performance, and performing analytical or other tasks that support the daily operation of the fund

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintains and updates fund-level models used to revalue current portfolio and produce fund-level return metrics. 
• Helps prepare materials and deliverables for presentations to internal committees, outside institutional investors, and other stakeholders. 
• Conducts financial analysis and helps prepare narrative for investment memoranda, detailed reports, and market summaries.  
• Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.    

The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
