Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create equity and financing packages summarizing the highlights, requirements, market information, and other financial data for corporate decisions.
Completes and prepares rolling 5-year strategic plan,coordinates underwriting process for largeandopportunistic transactions, and oversees investment and co-investment programs.
Preparesandreviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents and researches and resolves discrepancies as necessary.
Performs market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll-ups for audits.
Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reportsand analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
